We are delighted to provide a great range of food and services for you. From a delicious tea or coffee and cake to one of stone-baked pizzas. We have a wide range of tables for couples or families indoors, in the garden, and our outdoor covered room called the Tractor Shed so you can enjoy our wonderful, locally sourced food and drink whilst your children can enjoy themselves. Soft Play In Swaffham
The children’s activity area and show shack are available Monday to Saturday whilst we are open. £2 / 2hrs. There is no need to book in advance, just head along to the cafe and enjoy your food and drink whilst your little one’s have fun in our soft play area and showshack.

Room / Venue Hire
You can hire out our dedicated area called the ‘Tractor Shed’ throughout the week for your own weekly events. The tractor shed can fit up to 18 people comfortably and comes with outdoor heaters for when the weather is colder.
This space is perfect for weekly meetings for your book club, games club or just as a one-off hire. Prices start from just £35 for a 2 hour hire.
We also provide Children’s party hire of our Soft Play area on Sundays. We can provide everything to make a party memorable including the entertainment, guest appearances from superheroes and the cake. Find out more on our children’s party page.
About Margaret’s Tea Rooms
We are an independent family run cafe aimed at providing great food and entertainment for the whole family. With young children of our own we understand that there is no joy in taking a trip out for tea and cakes or lunch unless there is some entertainment for all the
children too! We were therefore inspired to set up a café which provides great food and children’s activities to keep the little ones entertained.
